HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
Most orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours of receipt, but please allow extra time during busy holiday seasons. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. You will receive email updates about your order status. The shipping speed is determined by the service selected at checkout.
WHAT IS THE CUT-OFF TIME FOR ORDER PROCESSING?
Orders placed before 2 PM PST are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM PST may not be processed until the following business day. Please keep this in mind, especially during peak seasons.
HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- US Shipping: Most in-stock items are prepped the same day and usually arrive in 3 to 7 days. Sometimes, it might take up to 21 days, depending on your chosen shipping method. Once an order is processed and shipped, please refer to your carrier and tracking number for estimated delivery dates and times.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer free standard delivery on orders over $75.
WHAT IF THERE ARE DELIVERY DELAYS?
We're not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company, customs, or other factors outside our control.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
We’re sorry that an item you are looking for has already sold out! We make our best effort to restock all items. You will find that next to each "sold out" item, there is a feature entitled, "Wish list" Be sure to enter your email and the size that you are interested in, and we’ll email you if the item becomes available!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- Easy Returns: If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- Return Shipping: For returns, you'll be responsible for the shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.
- Refund Process: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
- Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@dreamy-sunday.com to ensure we have the replacement in stock. You'll be responsible for the return shipping cost and any additional shipping fees for the new item.
- All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY DELIVERY?
If you miss the delivery and the package is returned to us, we will charge you for the return shipping and any administrative costs.
DO PRICES CHANGE?
Prices and shipment costs may change without prior notice. The applicable price for your purchase is the one shown at checkout.
CAN WE GET DREAMY SUNDAY INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We are working on making Dreamy Sunday internationally available.
WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER?
We have sizes starting from newborn to 7 years old. Please refer to our sizing chart before purchasing items to ensure you get the right fit.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY KIDZTIQUE ITEMS?
Each product comes with specific care instructions on the label. We recommend following these instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of the items.
