Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on returns and exchanges.

Return approval is not final until we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse. All returns are reviewed upon arrival. Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing tags may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.
Once return instructions are provided, the package must be shipped back and received by our warehouse within 14 days. Returns received outside this window will not be accepted, even if the package is delivered.
Items sent without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
In the case of a return, the refund will be processed for the merchandise amount paid. The original $9.99 or $19.99 (express) shipping fee is non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover processing, inspection, and restocking costs and will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Price Adjustments:
We do not offer price adjustments for previous purchases. All promotional pricing is valid only during the time of the promotion and cannot be retroactively applied.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that final sale items, gift cards, underwear, and opened socks are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Sale items are considered final sale.
Pre-Order Items:
Pre-order items are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for refunds.
Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
